Property Awareness and Engagement Technology for CRE Charitable Initiatives
Electronic Tenant® Solutions’ communications applications provide a great vehicle for engaging tenants, vendors, prospective tenants, and guests to raise awareness and grow participation in a commercial property’s initiatives like philanthropic endeavors.
Does your property support a particular charity? Do you host a toy, coat, food or fundraising drive? Are there holiday events you want to promote? How do you get the word out about emergencies, building events, charity drives and something as simple as turning off your computer at night, to those who work in your building… in your 10 buildings? Ahhhh! Don’t panic. The task, yes, can be a daunting one, but it doesn’t have to be.
Hear is a recent case study:
CASE STUDY: HCP Rally’s Its Tenants With Instant Alert App in Various US Markets for Alzheimer’s Walk
HCP has always been a supporter of Alzheimer’s Research and wanted to expand awareness of the Walk to End Alzheimers to the tenants of the HCP properties where the Walk was taking place. The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, this inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to reclaim the future for millions.
HCP needed a seamless communication tool to help rally troops across its multiple properties and markets! What HCP needed was an Instant Alert. The Instant Alert Application from ETS is a no brainer for every Commercial Property Manager in that it provides a low maintenance, highly effective, and seamless way for the busy property manager to disseminate critical messages across multiple platforms at the click of a button. Communications are organized, trackable and distributed in a timely and organized manner.
ETS Account Manager, John McNamara, connected with HCP and dove into action – setting up banner alerts on each of the corresponding HCP Electronic Tenant® Portals in markets like Nashville, Houston, Miami, Tampa, L.A. and Phoenix. Each of the banners provided information about the local Alzheimer’s Walk, how to sign up, and where and when the event was to take place. Once the alert was posted, property managers could then email and text message the alert out to its tenants. Done and done.
This allowed for a substantial increase in awareness and participation by the tenants in each property for an event that the HCP organization supports.
The IA is a versatile tool for property initiatives like this through the fiscal year with the capability to preschedule the date and time of alerts, as well as the ability to send individuals and groups the posted alert via e-mail and text message/SMS to mobile devices.
