The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International awarded 14 commercial properties with the highly competitive TOBY awards (The Outstanding Building of the Year) at its annual conference in San Diego this week.
The winners were selected for excellence in office building management and operations within specific categories of building size and type. Each property is also inspected by a team of industry professionals.
