The USGB’s website recently featured an article by Jacob Kriss, detailing Washington D.C.’s continued efforts in sustainability, including Mayor Vincent Gray’s ambitious goal to make ‘the District to be “fossil-free” by 2030.’
While this will certainly be a challenging endeavor for the District, it speaks volumes to its steadfast commitment to sustainability.
