UPDATE: ETS’ Northeast Properties: Use INSTANT ALERT App to Communicate / Notify Tenants of Recovery Status

UPDATE: Existing Electronic Tenant® Solutions’ INSTANT ALERT App subscribers can / should use the INSTANT ALERT and EMAIL NOTIFY applications to communicate Hurricane Sandy recovery with PROPERTY STATUS alerts. The Instant Alert App allows property management to POST ALERTS to their Electronic Tenant® Handbook and SEND alerts via TEXT / SMS and EMAIL.

Clients affected by Sandy: ETS Communication Apps (Instant Alert, Building Calendar, Email Notification System) can help communicate with tenants and vendors about building status, power issues, road closures, etc. in wake of super storm Sandy.
