Having trouble logging into the Service Center (Mobile Task Management System) from your Blackberry?
Try taking the following action on your device:
• In the Browser, press the MENU key
• Click “Options”
• Click “Cache Operations”
• Beside Cache type, click Clear
Other helpful hints:
Be sure to enter the Service Center website into your browser (www.tenanthandbooks.com/service) instead of using a Bookmark or Favorites to access the site.
Be sure to log in and log out of the Service Center at the beginning and end of your shift.
