The 2017 BOMA International Conference & Expo made its way to Nashville’s Music City Center and our team was there for the ho-down. This year ETS teamed up with Mach Energy Inc. for a joint booth at the expo.
AT THE BOOTH
This year the ETS booth was designed for mobility; equipped with stand-up desks, iPads, and vertical banners, which allowed for more space and fluidity to foster better engagement. Sunday and Monday at the booth were busy with old friends and new stopping in to talk about our latest Mobile Tenant Center and learn more about – Property+. – our newest Tenant Affinity and Tenant Engagement program. According to one staffer, “Property+ was a very hot topic with folks interested in learning how to maximize their retail offerings at their property, and how this might boost the overall tenant experience.”

LEARNING LAB
On Monday at the conference, Ian O’Neil, President and CEO of Electronic Tenant® Solutions, teamed up with JLL General Manager at AMA Plaza, Susan Hammer, to host a discussion on “Using Technology to Advance Excellence in Operations and Achieve Success in BOMA Programs – TOBY/ BOMA360.” Part of this discussion focused on a tenant engagement and sustainability program called the Cool in the Shade Program.
COCKTAIL RECEPTION | ACME FEED & SEED
ETS, Schneider Electric and MachEnergy Inc. hosted a cocktail reception at the Acme Feed & Seed in Nashville on Monday evening. The party was a hot topic on the expo floor and garnered over 300 attendees – a fantastic turnout by some of the best in building management. We are grateful for our co- sponsors and all those who joined us.
