STARS COME OUT FOR THE 2015 EVERY BUILDING CONFERENCE & EXPO
The red carpet rolled out for the opening of this year’s BOMA Conference held at the Los Angeles Expo Center.  As described by BOMA International, it is Commercial Real Estate’s most important event of the year – a meeting of the industry’s best minds, professionals who bring impressive innovation, creativity and best practices…delivering a gold standard combination of information, expertise and industry connections that can’t be duplicated at any other event. “Anyone who wants to be successful in this business – has to be here,” says Robby Wildman of Electronic Tenant Solutions.

LIGHTS, CAMERA, AND, UM… A LITTLE CLASSIC HOLLYWOOD
At LA Live there were the bright lights, the big city, and did we mention the cars?  This year Electronic Tenant Solutions sponsored the opening night bash decorating the venue with the likes of Back to the Future’s Delorian, Knight Rider’s KITT car, and the original Bat Mobile!  Conference goers and paparazzi alike were seen posing in front of the famous vehicles and tagging themselves in twitter feeds.  Spotted were celebs from Cushman & Wakefield, Lincoln Properties, the Shorenstein Company, Boston Properties, Hines, Healthcare Realty Company, to name a few.

TOM’S URBAN AT LA LIVE GETS 5 STARS
Set at Tom’s Urban at LA Live, ETS joined forces with Mach Energy and AK Preparedness to host its annual conference cocktail party. “Our collaboration with Mach Energy and AK Preparedness brought exposure that we haven’t seen in years past,” says Wildman. “We had an amazing turnout and saw the likes of old friends, colleagues and potential clients alike,” -Deanne Montalbano of ETS.

MOBILE TECHNOLOGY IS FOCUS ON THE FLOOR
“Everyone has to be mobile now and be able to communicate on a grander scale,” says Wildman.  Armed with iPads, the ETS team engaged with visitors on the tradeshow floor with demos of the new Mobile Task Management App and answered questions about its Communication Applications.  Kim Harvey from Meritage stopped by to say, “I continue to appreciate daily what the ETS system brings to our tenants and management team. It’s so much more than a work ticket program. Beyond its capability, the support from the software team is A+!”

EXPERTISE IN PROACTIVE TENANT ENGAGEMENT
Adding to the caliber of thought leadership at the event,  ETS’ own Ian E. O’Neil had an enthusiastic crowd turn out for Tuesday’s Education Session on Technology and Proactive Tenant Engagement. The session covered trends ETS identifies in hundreds of thousands of applications transactions among various users (management, tenants, engineers, etc.) to identify best practices and how to break through to leverage tenant propensities to engage, educate and empower initiative advancements in areas like  preparedness and sustainability.

AND THE TOBY GOES TO…
Of course one of the major highlights of the three day event was The International TOBY awards presented to winners on Tuesday evening of the conference. ETS is always honored to work with, and contribute to, the efforts of property personnel and companies dedicated to being the best in the business.  ETS is proud to perennially contribute to The Building of the Year (TOBY) success, regionally, and nationally for innumerable dedicated property management teams.  A special shout out this year to Kilroy Realty Corp. for their TOBY win in the Suburban Low-Rise Office Park Category with Kilroy Centre Del Mar, and to Invesco and Monday Properties who won a TOBY for the Historical Category with 230 Park Avenue in Manhattan.  Congratulations to you winners, and all who were nominated.

THAT’S ALL FOLKS!
From all of us at ETS, here’s  to a great conference — see you all in DC in 2016!!
