We are pleased to announce Electronic Tenant® Solutions’ Training Thursdays schedule for Winter 2013!

On every Thursday from 1:30 – 2:30 EST we will conduct an open training session covering a specific topic or application(s) that we offer. If you are in need of refresher training on a specific application or if you want to learn more about an application that we offer, you are welcome to participate! Space, however, is limited to 15 people per session to ensure effective training. Interested participants are requested to sign up in advance. Upcoming training sessions are listed below:

January 24 – Service Request System: Add, Edit, and Process a New Request

January 31 – Demonstration Session of Our New Survey Application

February 7 – Service Request System: Using Billable Features and Billable Reports

February 14 – Creative Ways to Use the Building Calendar, Instant Alert & Email Notification System for Communicating with your Tenant

February 21 – Service Request System: Alarms, Service Types and Preferences

February 28 – Property Contact Managment / Designee Managment: How to Manage Tenants and Property Managment Staff in the Maintenance Center

Once you have informed us via email that you would like to participate in a particular session listed above, we will forward you the web and teleconferencing details necessary to participate in the session. If for some reason you cannot participate in any of the application training dates listed above, but still need the training, let us know and we can arrange a private training session for a particular property, group of properties, or an individual.
