The deployment of Electronic Tenant® Solutions’ software comes with dedicated training resources. Training typically begins in advance of Electronic Tenant® Solutions launch. The training team will contact property management designees to arrange in-person and/or web-based training for applicable modules and general process. Part of the initial training effort includes assistance in initial module programming as well as an overview of all aspects of Electronic Tenant® Solutions’ customer service. Access to help documents and web-based video training tools are provided to management as part of the initial training effort.
