–THE ETS INTERVIEW–
Q: Where are you from originally? What’s your favorite part about that area?
A: I am from Chatham, New Jersey. It’s a pretty small town in the northern / central part of the state, about 45 minutes away from New York City. My favorite part was the friends I made there. From the time we were kids all the way through high school graduation, we were very close. The lacrosse team was pretty awesome too.
Q: Do you still have family there?
A: Yes, my sister and her husband bought a house there a few years ago now.
Q: How did you find your way into the ETS family?
A: Bryn (Bryn Herrigel, ETS’ Director of Project Management). Bryn is a childhood friend of mine. I was living in Portland, Maine when a job opened up in ETS and she thought I’d be a good fit. The rest is history.
Q: When you’re not training clients on the Handbook and its applications, what keeps you busy? Any hobbies?
A: Walking my dog (Ludo; a Chocolate Labrador), going out with my friends, being out on the water or the beach.
Q: Any guilty pleasures?
A: Video games. Madden, FIFA, NHL, Skate, Modern Warfare.
Q: What’s your favorite food? Where’s the best place to get it in Charleston?
A: Definitely steak. Oak Steakhouse (Downtown Charleston).
Q: What (or who) is currently receiving the most plays on your iPod?
A: The Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Q: Do you have a favorite movie? Who’s your favorite actor / actress?
A: I dunno, I have a bunch. I’d have to say ‘Ace Ventura’ and ‘Dumb & Dumber’ are two of my favorites. Two of my favorite actors are Robert Downey Jr. and Jim Carrey.
Q: Who’s someone in your life that you admire and why?
A: My father, for many reasons. The way he’s provided for his family throughout the years. He works hard and parties hard. I always go to him for advice; I can always go to him when I need an answer for something important.
