WASHINGTON, DC – Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that The Westory, owned by Deka Immobilien, has become DC’s first multi-tenant office building to receive LEED® for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance (LEED for Existing Buildings: O&M) Gold recertification. The 273,111 square foot office building, located at 607 14th Street, NW, had previously received LEED for Existing Buildings: O&M Silver certification in June 2010.

Oh, I think I didn’t catch this news! Congratulations! They’ll definitely become renowned worldwide since they’re the first multi-tenant building to receive the prominent LEED Certification… and it is Gold! That’s great!
