The BOMA 360 performance program validates and recognizes commercial properties that demonstrate best practices in building operations and management. The program also evaluates life safety/security/risk management, training and education, energy, environment/sustainability and tenant relations/community involvement. The program benchmarks a property’s performance against industry standards. The Avallon joins roughly 230 properties that have earned the designation since the BOMA 360 performance program’s inception in 2009.
